I 've owned this watch, aged 12, was actually first appeared in Casino Royale, GoldenEye, and as noted above by another reviewer. RI brought it every day for 12 years and have sent twice for a replacement battery and a pressure test. It has never failed in any case whatever, and yet still the case and bracelet are slightly scratched sapphire glass and the face looks the same as the day I bought. It 'sa small part, but the clock is probably the best bang for your investment You ' ll find amoungst the range of Swiss watches.

MY 2ND Seamaster, I LOVE THESE WATCHES, 100% quality, a size large, not BIG / BULKY LIKE THE NEW WATCH, I would buy a ONE 3rd, but my wife KILL ME.THEY may also hold a good resale value.

It is not only the clock and rugged good looks, but if you ever spend three days in a bell underwater breathing Helium, I 'll look forward to experiment with a helium release valve, during my ascent to the surface . Bought this watch in 2003 new from a local retailer swiss watch @ 20% of list price in 2003. If I had nothing but the best to say about this watch. Sapphire Crystal is scratch free (I use the clock every day except for ice hockey & sleep) & it makes a very good time (about 1 second faster every 4 days). The signs of love that shine at night and in dark settings, the signs remain of the bed for several hours. I used to have a Rolex Datejust that I bought in 2003 as well and I must say that I am very disappointed with the Rolex that I sold it to my friends. Rolex accuracy faster by 1 second / day. Rolex clasp is used for messy sometimes when I would rotate my wrist a certain way, not to mention the white gold fluted bezel & bracelet scratch very easily. BUY ONCE & Omega has a bell REAL QUALITY. Stop Wasting $ $ $ on cheap throw-a-way Seiko, Citizen, Bulova & all other mid-price retail stores watch the shattered after six years or less, you 'll thank me in 20yrs when you ' re Omega was still wearing the same watch which only needed a battery replacement! Every person I 've also been recommended Omega NO complaints about the quality of the product & it can be used everyday on the go!
